Luck of the Irish

In keeping with making new traditions, we did just that today for St. Patrick's day. I think I always do some sort of green foods for dinner on the 17th of March each year, but this year I made it extra special. I cooked Corned Beef and Cabbage. It was delish!
We also feasted upon green potatoes, pear sauce, and green cake with homemade green frosting.

Paityn must have known that today we were celebrating our Irish roots, because she started to say ME, instead of MY for everything. This is what she said to Geoff tonight after dinner "Daddy, I need to wash ME hands", and she sounded like an Irish man(woman).

I hope you all got to celebrate today in one way or another. I know we did. Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all!
