The wheels on the....stroller, go round and round

I am having a huge issue right now, and it concerns the strollers in my life. I love my single BOB stroller, and I don't love my Graco Tour Deluxe Double Tandem stroller.
THE PROBLEM:
I need a jogger, and I need a double, so I have both of those things, just not in one stroller.

MY IDEAL STATS ON A STROLLER:
Lightweight-under 30 lbs. (my double is 45 lbs, yikes!)
carseat compatible
easy to fold
cupholders, or an attachment
underneath storage
jogger capable
Double
swivel front wheel(s)

I have come across a few that interest me, of course I would love the BOB double but it is way too expensive right now for us.

MY WISH LIST:

Tike Tech city x3 swivel double jogger (419.00) - leaning towards this one becaue my carseat is compatible, it comes in RED, and I found a website that has a free cup holder attachment

Baby Jogger City Mini (399.00)- OR maybe this is my favorite. It has a carseat adapter, cup holder and tray for child, cup holder for parent. hmmm.....what to do?

Valco 08 double latitude stroller (469.00)
