Well, tonight something significant happened in my life. A day I will NEVER forget. We were hanging out with our friends Brandon and Kim, for Kim's birthday, and just having fun. Brandon likes to joke around so when he said, "oh my gosh, look, Joy has a grey hair" I thought for sure he was joking. About an hour later I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, and what did I find? MY FIRST GREY HAIR......AUUUGGGGGHHHHH!
This can't be! I am only 26. I have never heard of a 26 year old with grey hair. Well, at least it was just one, right?
As I took this lonely grey hair out of my head, I decided it was an important point in my life(whether it be positive or negative), so I had to save the hair, as proof. Maybe just as a realization to myself that I really found it, in case I think in the morning it was only a dream!!! Oh wouldn't that be nice, but no, that won't happen, because in a little plastic baggy I have it, MY FIRST GREY HAIR!

Don't Worry I've been pulling out Grey hair since I was 15 (Although mine is Hereditary).I'm 20 now I'm so used to little bits of silver sticking out-My friends find it incredibly funny and they love to pull it out-
But you know what they say Once you pull one out ten more grows back!
So just embrace it-we've all earned every Wrinkle,Scar and Grey Hair[It adds to our Character]
I understand your horror Joy! I started to get the odd grey hair when I was 16!!! My friend used to pull them out for me during our maths lessons! I'm nearly 33 now and have a few more. I don't worry too much. As long as hair dye exisits no one will ever know! ;o)
hey, I was 16 when I found my first gray hair. At least you had an extra 10 years! I love the baby's room and his name. So cute!
Don't feel too bad Joy. I started getting gray hair at about 21! EEEK!
And the way Matt is sounding today on his blog, you would've thought he'd found a headfull of gray hair! LOL
I hope everything goes well with your delivery, and that God blesses you with a healthy little angel! You are in my prayers, and I know everything will turn out wonderful! I'm rooting for him to be born on his Dad's b-day! Although, having a baby in March, he could be born on Jay's b-day, or any number of Osmonds!
God bless you in the coming days!

Oh Joy, what a milestone...
Actually probably not.
My daughter has had quite few grey hairs for the last few years. I dont think they are multiplying though.
I on the other hand, at, well lets say quite a few years her senior, have none. My mum didnt go grey until she was about 62 or so.
I put it down to having fair hair. my daugher is darker.
I think you should keep this rogue hair, it might be the only one you have for some time to come.
If not, hit the grecian...Ha!!

Oh Joy, I do feel for you, because I had grey hair at 19, by the time I was your age, I was almost half grey, and it turned out I am allergic to ALL hair dye. Well, I cut it short, and had the beautician cut it so it kind of looked like frosted hair. By the time I was 40, it turned into a pretty white, and I gave up!!! I doubt if you have this problem, so keep pulling the out, ha ha.
I get excited when I see a blonde one!!! Ha as you can see i am going silver.. don't worry... lovely things come in boxes marked
RECEIETAL!! Because??? yep
