THANKSGIVING

THANKSGIVING 2008- we spent with Grandma and Grandpa Heslop, Geoff's parents, Lyn and Jerry, Matt, Anmaree, and Lyn's brother Paul and his family. I think there were 15 of us, including the two little girls.
Paityn didn't want anyone coming close to her food. As you can see, she needed a lot of utensils for the meal! We enjoyed a huge feast at Grandma and Grandpa Heslop's. Mostly prepared by Lyn. She made the Turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoe casserole (yum) and macaroni and cheese. I made pumpkin pies, and artichoke dip. Anmaree made Green been Casserole. We also feasted on many other things. Paityn loved it all...well almost, except for the most important part...the TURKEY!
This is Paityn enjoying a roll.

Grandpa needed help putting lights on his tree outside, so the boys came to his rescue, and I took some photos of the event.

What great photos. I like the one of Paityn with all her utensils. I like how you do the different colors in the photos too.

Too cute that Paityn didn't like anyone near her food.

That's nice you had so many people at dinner. I stopped at my cousin's house first to visit before dinner (there were about 16 there too). Then I went to my sister's for dinner where it was a bit quieter - only 6 of us.

The second picture down is priceless, it is so obvious what message she in conveying, Hands off the food!! The independant stage is cute and hard to live through. Thanks for sharing that.
