I went 35 days and over 20 hours without candy, now I need a break. I just ate a handful of skittles, and unfortunately it didn't satisfy my candy cravings. It really wasn't worth breaking my no candy streak. Oh well, I did good enough. Now I will go back on the no candy diet, and try not to feel the guilt from those yucky skittles I just devoured!

You should have went with chocolate. You can't go wrong there. Also Russell Stover has excellent sugar free candies. Don't feel guilty.
You look great!!! Even if the Skittles were not worth it, it will give you motivation to keep at it. You should be so proud of yourself.
I dont think you need to feel any guilt Joy, you did fantastic, and althuogh I cant see you to see the difference, you should be real proud of yourself. They say you should give in to the odd craving, it helps keep you on course. I am a hypnotherapist i guess I should be better at these things....with me it snot candy or even chocolate, its cream cakes....well my dad was a baker...good work.
i LOVE ice cream cakes, maybe I should go out and buy one!!
No, I will refrain, that is what I am really trying to avoid! I love ice cream, and in a carb setting (cake) is the best!
I think going 1 week was good but 35 days is impressive, don't worry about the handful of skittles, it just makes it all worth it! I would have picked skittles over chocolate too!
please don't feel guilty - you have to feed your cravings every so often - trust me I have, especially when I was on vacation. I'm hoping all the walking I did helped - it should.
As long as you don't satisfy your cravings everyday I wouldn't worry about it.
Keep up the good work - I know I had to start keeping track on Weight Watchers today.
