Paityn is now 8 months old. That is truely hard for me to believe, but she is definitely growing and learning new things all of the time. This week she STARTED to crawl, but not officially. She gets up on all 4's, and can make one move and then plops right down to her belly! We tried to bribe her with our phones out in front of her, but she just got more frustrated that she couldn't get to them.
She now has her two bottom teeth in, and we're waiting to see which tooth comes up next. I hope she doesn't get fussy for the next because we have been lucky so far.
Yesterday, on her 8 month day, she began to growl (spelling?) I think she is trying to copy me because I growl to pretend scare her. She loves it, and it toughens her up. I don't want a wussy baby like some, when you make a weird noise they cry!
She also copies other things we do, like when we cluck our tongue on the roof of our mouth she will do the same thing back.
According to our home scale she weighs, 18.5 lbs. so she really hasn't gained any weight lately. And, she is about 30 inches tall!
We love our little Paityn so much, and love getting to share in her new experiences at every age of life!

I love it that you are documenting her life like this. With my daughter I did pretty good, but my twin boys, I was so busy, that I did not take the time, and many wonderful memories have been lost. You will enjoy looking back on these time.
