Just thought that it was time for me to write another blog. Nothing special happened this weekend. Actually, it was a pretty laid back, BORING couple of days in this household. I guess that happens when you begin having children and they have to go to bed at a certain hour! Speaking of my children, yes I am including our puppy Milo, they both had food mishaps recently. On Friday night, we were out to dinner with our friends, at Appleby's, I might add (I hate that place, but I thought I would try the Weight Watchers Menu...I think I only ate like 1 of my 6 points, because I hated my food!) Well, Paityn didn't like her food either, and it came out, as she was sitting in her high chair. It wasn't a pretty sight. We did luck out with a great server though, who even tried to help clean her up, yuck! He did get a 50% tip after that incident. Today, Milo took it upon himself to eat a jar of baby Macaroni and Cheese, and he got it all over the couch. I guess that is what happens when you don't clean up right away and you leave a dog alone in a room with any sort of food. Paityn hates the M&C but Milo seemed to devour it.

Well between a dog and a baby you had a interesting couple of days. My grandkids just went home today. A ten year old boy, 11 year old girl, and a 14 year old boy. They entered the house like three tornados and began to eat and drink everything in the house. I found out my house is usually very quiet, so needless to say, I have had a very very noisy 5 days. I loved it, but I am exhausted. I guess whether it is baby, teenager, or a dog they do keep it interesting and a little messy, too. I wouldn't change it for the world.
