I can't believe how quickly time flies by. Paityn is now 7 months old, and is more fun than ever. She is so playful, always wanting to hold everything in her sight. She loves attention from her mommy and daddy, and milo!! Most of all she is getting so good at sitting up on her own. I love her so much, and can't believe how fast she is growing into a beautiful little girl.
On a different note, I have caught the flu bug that I thought I luckily missed. Unfortunately, I have it bad...and I can't believe I am even sitting at the computer at this minute. That shows how addicted I am to blogging. I have a fever, cold chills/hot flashes, horrible cough, and headache, and on top of that my stomache is not fairing to well!!
And lastly, I started weight watchers today. Wish me luck as I have not done this dieting thing in a long time. Luckily, since I am still nursing I get extra points, 30 rather than 20 (if you even know what that means). I am going to try to do less than that, but I have to stay healthy for Paityn's sake.

First I hope you feel better soon and recover quickly. I never know how parents take care of their children while they are sick. They are hard enough to take care of when you are healthy.
I'm sure it doesn't seem like 7 months has gone by and so quickly. I'm sure if you asked any of our parents they'll say the same thing.
Good luck with Weight Watchers - I'm just finished my 3rd week and I still need to do better, but I have lost a total of 5 pounds - better then gaining and that was having birthday cake (yes mine was recently). I need to drink more water. I understand the points too - it seems much easier then when I did Weight Watchers years ago with exchanges.

She sure is a beautiful litle girl Joy, and you sound like a fantastic mum. She is 10 months behind our Charlotte and it is fun being reminded of those stages as they go by so fast. Since Charlotte started wallking she is a real little person, and she talks your head off...Ha!!
Now I am so sorry to hear you got the flu, I had it and it took me 3 weeks to kick it...but then I am old..
I really hope you feel better very soon. My daughter in law had it and my son had to stay home to take care of the little one because she felt so crook.....

Joy, I am sorry you are sick, is there something I can do? I would be willing to help you any way I can. Paityn is amazing and is learning so much so fast. You are wonderful and a good mother. Get well soon.
I'm so sorry you're sick! I think there is nothing more miserable than really being sick and still having to do all the mom work that needs to be done. Good luck!
Also, Paityn is as cute as can be! I swear once Connor was 6 months it seemed like a week until he was a year...and now he's two! They really do grow SO fast.
I am so very sorry you have the flu, I just had it and it has taken me forever to get rid of the cough and fatigue. I hope you have better luck.
I was going to start my weight watchers this week, but I have my grandkids, a ten year old boy, an eleven year old girl, and a 14 year old boy(who will eat every thing in site)teenager. I have tons of goodies, which they eat immediately, but not before I scrunch some down. It is hard not to. when I start I think will do flex for a couple weeks to get a good start.
I hope Paityn stays healthy for you, she is so adorable.
I can't believe Paityn is already 7months old. I have only held her maybe 7 times. I wish I lived closer to babysit and be one of her favorite aunties! She is a doll. I just love her! Oh I didn't comment on Geoff's birthday but it looks like you did quite the celebration! Good job! I LOVE the top picture of Geoff and Paityn. I just want to squeeze Paityn's little thighs. SO CUTE!
