Who: Beck Malan Osmond
What: Nine month well-check doctors visit
When: Thursday November 26, 2009 (9 month mark), Tuesday December 2, 2009 (well-visit)
Why: Because we want to keep Beck healthy, and see how he is growing.
Directions:
You go 17 inches around his head, which is in the 10th percentile....then you turn and go ALL the way from his head to his toes, and that measures at 27.4 inches, which is in the 20th percentile, then you go back up...to his BELLY and measure around, then see how big it is....and you get 19 pounds of pure MUSCLE, which is in the 25th percentile. (Are you lost yet?) If so...please read on...

Some things of INTEREST:
He is crawling non-stop
he can ALMOST keep up with his sister.
he can CLIMB the stairs, and has NO fear. (I guess this is the difference between little boys and little girls)
he has TWO bottom teeth.
He loves to STAND anywhere and everywhere, as long as he's got something to hold on to.
Still on the dreaded Alimentum formula. We get to TRY dairy next month. Not milk, but yogurt and cheese.
loves PRETZELS
wants to eat anything we are eating. Too bad, for the most part, he can't. It's probably got some ingredient he can't have.
sleeps THROUGH the night!
SMILES, giggles, and is so happy...most of the time.
and....to mommy's dismay, he says "da-da-da". Why do my kids LOVE their daddy so much? =)
You are growing, strong and healthy just like we are hoping for. Time to celebrate (and get cheaper insurance)

That is a wonderful way of telling about the baby visit, you and your husband are such good photographers, and you write in a wonderful warm way, very enjoyable reading. Great talent.
What a beautiful subject, your son is growing like a little weed.
What a cute way of writing about his checkup. Glad he is doing so well.
My friend's second child is allergic to alot of stuff, and has grown out of some things (like he can eat hot dogs now). I know she was able to find alot of resources and recipes with online groups and sites. Not sure how much Beck is allergic too, but if you'd like I could get the groups and sites from her.
