Our Paityn- one year later!Today Geoff and I celebrate our 3rd anniversary as husband and wife. We have really added to our plate since marriage, and I can't imagine my life being shared with any one else.
As the years we have been married add up, things just keep getting better. I learn so much more about Geoff than I ever thought possible. He truly is my best friend, because only a best friend would stick by my side with my personality!
I love Geoff as MY husband, but I love him even more as my children's father. Last night he was putting Paityn to bed, and I overheard their bedtime prayer. It made me melt! This is what life is all about, this is what marriage is all about. Sometimes things can get pretty rocky, but when we remember that we are in this as a FAMILY, and that marriage is intended to build a loving family for eternity, it makes things so much more at peace.
Geoff is an amazing husband, and does so much for me. He is creative beyond what most could ever think up. He has the personality that I wish I had.
Some of his best qualities are that he is so friendly and can make friends easily and I am jealous of both. I only hope to become what he is at this point in his life.
Geoff is even more amazing of a daddy! I know once Paityn starts walking and daddy comes home from work, she will run for that door. She already hears the door open and his footsteps approaching and gets a huge smile on her face, and crawls as fast as can be. She really loves daddy time, and they are so silly together. I love it!
Honey, I want you to know how much I love you, and I only hope that I learn how to love far greater than I do now, so I can share with you what you really deserve!
