Yes....I chopped mine off! I don't know when I decided to do this, but I was SO sick of my hair being boring every day, and I figured it will always grow back, right? With Geoff as my biggest fan to do something drastic...I did, and I like it. He LOVES it. He says its like having a new wife, ha ha! I guess change is always good. That is what I will say when his mustache goes away too, a new, better looking husband!
My friend, and hair stylist Christy, did the cut, and I think it turned out better than expected...on both our parts. I have had some hair mishaps in the past with color, so she wanted to be sure I really wanted to do this, and I really was sure!
I swear after my hair cut, I looked down and the pile of hair was enormous. One lady in the salon commented, "was that all from one head"! Yes, it was...all from me.
So, now I have a beautiful A-line haircut, and side swept bangs. The back is MUCH shorter than the front, I will have to take a picture of the back for you all! The bangs do bug a little, but that will take some getting used to, I am sure, though I do love the look!

Your haircut looks great and I bet it will be much easier to manage with washing, styling, etc..
My long time hairdresser left and the last one I had made my hair color so dark (I have highlights) I had to go to someone else to put in highlights. I need to go to the hairdresser again, so need to ask my friends for recommendations.
