Every month I say this, but I seriously cannot believe that Paityn is growing up so quickly. The countdown to her 1st birthday now begins, which is crazy to think about.
Paityn is so special to us in so many ways. I have a calendar where I am able to write down something for every day, and a few highlights of that month. For this last month, she has SO many things that I had to write down. I think this is the month that she has done the most, and made the most memories so far.
-She has learned to clap, and now when everyone else is clapping she will just start doing it without us telling her to!
-She carries her toys in her mouth while crawling around the house. We think she learned this one from Milo.
-She can finally drink from a sippy cup, the kind with the straw, and without. She just barely learned the straw kind on the 24th!
-She is now down to 3 feedings a day from mommy, and more solid foods.
-She tries to feed us, and give us her toys...she is great and learning to share.
-She has a new toy, an early birthday present from her Great Grandma Bobbie. It is the toy I pictured on the blog a while back when asking what to get her for her birthday. Well, she can stand and walk behind it and push it, or sit on it and try to move along. She LOVES it, and is doing so well with it. She can push it with no help, until she gets stuck at a dead end! I think she will be walking before no time.
-She talks more than ever. Who knows what she is saying, but she will just crawl around and play and talk to herself and us.
-She now says Ma-Ma-Ma
-She takes everything out of EVERYWHERE, and is now learning to put things in places as well!
What fun she has been this last month, and even the last 11 months. We just cannot imagine our lives without her in it, and we cannot wait to see what this next month brings!

Happy 11 month's Paityn!!
I love that she has learned something form Milo. That made me laugh, but it is true. She does carrry toys in her mouth when she crawls and she has tried to feed me too. I love it. OHHHHH they grow up so fast.

Almost a year old already....
It seems like yesterday I got an email from Geoff saying she had arrived.
"Shalat" will be two in October. She also used to crawl around with her toys in her mouth and pant like a dog. She learned this from Saffy (see Saf on many pictures on my blog)
I tried to get a picture of Charlotte panting and carrying toys, but no luck, although I have some video of her panting..
This time is so prescious, they do grow so fast. I know you are savouring every moment.
It is wonderful you have this blog and we can share it with you.

Only one month to go and our precious Paityn will be a year old already!
I am so looking forward to being with all of you as we celebrate her special day(s) and especially to see how much more she can do just since we saw her over the 4th.
Paityn, we all love so much and we are truly blessed that you were chosen to come into our family!
