My Day

Honestly, I could not have asked for a better day (well, maybe if I could have been with my mother, that would have been great too). Paityn spoiled me, and I am sure her daddy had a lot to do with the things that went on! First of all, Paityn slept until almost 8:30, which since she is teething is amazing right now. Thank you baby girl! I woke up around 7:30 to get ready for church, Geoff nowhere in sight. When I was all showered, Geoff came up with breakfast, a card, and flowers, I thought that was great in itself, but right when I started eating my breakfast, Geoff turned on the t.v. and there I was, on dvd. He had created a video of our pictures from the day we started dating until recently, all put to music. That got me teary eyed of course! So after watching the dvd, we headed off to church. After, I dipped some strawberries in chocolate for our party later in the afternoon. At 5, we headed over to Grannie's house for dinner and presents. Lyn was all tears, all evening. She first recieved a digital scrapbook(made into a hard bound book) of Paityn, from us, and then she got a video all of her own, which Matt produced. It was amazing, all the time an effort that went into the production of it. Old home videos from their childhood, along with pictures past and present, all put to music. It ended with all of the kids saying something about their mom, how sweet! And that is not all, well not all for me....Geoff brought in this HUGE box, and to my suprise, he bought me a jogging stroller, which I have been asking for. This isn't just any jogging stroller, but a B.O.B, which is a trendy and very well made stroller! I couldn't believe it. All I wanted, of course, because of our budget thing, was like a $100 jogger, but Geoff outdid himself, yet again! I love this man, and without him I wouldn't even be able to celebrate this special day, and a very special day it was!
