I can't believe I haven't blogged for so many days. You all must be going through withdrawel right about now! My mom even called and said, why haven't you blogged? Well, to answer her question....I have nothing going on that is worth mentioning I guess. But, to keep you all entertained, let me think of some things really quick, and I will share.
FOOD STORAGE:
How many of you have even a weeks worth of food in case of a disaster? Well, tonight we had some girl come over from a company called Daily Bread, which is a food storage company. They have a great way of going about the whole food thing, with freeze dried items. A three month supply for a family of 5 is $1,500. That seems like a lot, but in reality is only like $2.37 per day each. And...the best things about this are: 25 year shelf life, and doesn't take up a ton of space. So, if you need to prepare for what lies ahead, I would definitely look into this! I am not selling it, but let me know if you want to get in contact with someone who is!
PAITYN:
PAITYN:She is much more exciting to talk about than food storage I would think. I can't believe in less than a week she will be 9 months old. She is SO fun right now, but keeps me on the lookout at all times, with how active she is becoming. She loves to crawl, now that she knows she can get to everything so quickly. She has also started pulling herself up, in the crib, on the edge of chairs, etc. Before I know it she is going to be running around. Scary thought! We got her carseat, it is HUGE, wish it was smaller, but it is a nice seat. After a little help, and Geoff's skill we got the seat in the car nice and secure! I think Paityn will really enjoy being able to sit up a little more, and see out the windows.

That is about all I can think of at the moment, so until next time, farewell!

We really need to get going on the food storage thing. That Daily Bread sounds like a good deal, I will have to look into that. The shelf life is what I like! Glad you got the seat installed.
I am happy to see your blog again too. I miss it. We need to put a fire under Becca to get her to Blog too. I know that she is in Hawaii now but I miss both your blogs. Thanks for the new items. Food storage is important. I would like to know more about what you have ben looking. Also, Paityn is beautiful. I cannot believe that she is almost 9 months old. Crawling and on the verge of walking. SOOOOOOO cute.
Lovely pic of Paityn ....... won't be long now till she's walking , then you'll be really busy keeping up with her ! LOL
We are all having a ball in the UK with Geoffs family members in concerts here , they are making many people so happy :)
I have enough food for about two weeks, with maybe a couple days, not much choice. The daily bread thing sounds intriging.
cute picture of Paityn - when she starts to walk by holding onto things you should definitely get movies of her. We have cute movies of my brother holding on to the couch moving along it fast, but still holding on.
Interesting idea the Daily Bread has for emergency food storage - you never know when you might need it - even if it's just a few days -water, food you can use without electricity, etc..
Another thing you could have written about was your holiday weekend plans -if any. I'm heading to New Jersey to the beach - to visit relatives too, but hopefully it'll be warm enough to go on the beach (it's nice having a Dad who grew up at a beach resort, so I still have lots of relatives to stay with and visit - including my cousin's 3 month old daughter - can't wait.
Have a nice weekend.
Nancy
