One more thing for today...

COMMENT!!!!
Please comment on each blog I write or I am going private and I know you all don't want that, especially those that I don't know read my blog. Even if you don't have a blog you can still comment, and I love comments. The more the merrier. I mean, I even wrote a very controversial blog about mormons and only got one response. I would think that someone would have liked to stir the pot on that one!! Anyway, whoever you are, please please leave us a message, we would love to hear what you have to say. And if you don't say anything, then I am really going private!

Hey Joy,
I love reading your blogs. I have 3 children myself. Enjoy your baby they grow up fast. I work at a private christian school in south carolina (Baptist). I could not believe what they wrote on the sign. I have been to a Morman church in the past and believe me there is no difference.

Hi, I’m one of those you don’t know and I don’t know you personally. I hope you don’t mind I read your blog, as I respect your privacy and would never give the URL to anyone. I did post under the paranoid post about whether you should go private but I have felt like I would be invading your privacy or felt awkward by posting any additional comments.

I do enjoy reading your blog, it’s very refreshing to read - you and your husband seem very honest, nice and respectful. Your baby is adorable.

Anyway I did read your Mormon post and wanted to post a comment but as I said I felt weird to comment. I was raised in the Lutheran church and I remember in high school in our Sunday school class which was taught by our Pastor’s wife we had a segment in which we learned about different religions. The main thing I remember is it was educational, there wasn’t a negative slant to it - a very objective education to different religions and the differents and similarities. I would hope if a church was learning about a different religion it would be honest and objective - not slanted in a negative way.

I hope you don't mind me posting, just wanted to comment and I won't post again if you prefer just people you know to comment. Thanks.

Nancy

You also do not know me, and I was uncertain whether you wanted input. I will give more input, as it would be great to interact with you and others. I did not comment on the religion, because I know a little about alot of religions but not enough to make comments. I respect everyones right to their own beliefs. Obama, maybe? Not sure, yet who I want.

JOy,

I too was unsure whether you wanted comments from those of us you don't know and was afraid to comment. I would never do anything to jeopordize your family, but I really enjoy reading your blog and seeing the world through a young woman's eyes (and maybe reliving my own early motherhood, young wife stage of life)
