Nicholas's Blessing Day

Due to the horrific snow storm we had two weeks ago, Nicholas's blessing was canceled minutes before it was going to take place because everyone was SNOWED IN!

Today was much better, probably 40 degrees and SUNNY!! The only upset was that Grandpa Tom was sick, so was not able to take part.

The turn out was great, and we went over to Annice's parents after for a delicious brunch.

Nicholas was well behaved, and luckily his dad was as well (we just had to bribe him with a gallon of milk and ice cream!)

Isn't he looking so handsome?

P.S. I was having a camera war with Grandpa Heslop. He is just as Handsome as Nicholas, or the other way around!!

Joy, I love that picture of Nicholas, you sure have a knack with the camera. We were a bit disapointed that you left before we took the picture of the 4 generation with Nicholas cause Grandpa Heslop was in the picture and could not take it.

Great pic of Nicholas. He has beautiful eyes. Is a blessing, like a baptism? I hope you do not mind me asking.

a blessing is not like a baptism. the blessing is to give him his name for the most part.
