My Students will call me Ms. (Mrs.) Osmond

That's right, I am going to be a teacher, and teaching Kindergarten at that!! Ever since I can remember, teaching kindergarten was "what I wanted to be when I grew up", now I am grown, I have been searching and searching....and searching for a career, and yesterday I was blessed with an amazing interview and an offer to teach full day kindergarten at a private school here in South Jordan. I am BEYOND EXCITED! I went back to school supply shopping like no other. It was so fun. I spent only $80.00 and got about 50 boxes of 24 pack crayons, 10 packs of markers, pencils, pens, folders for each student, pencil box for each student, scissors, lots and lots of glue sticks and glue, and a couple of crates for my files and stuff.
So, look out Utah, the best up and coming kindergarten teacher has entered the work field.
I will tell you more about it as time goes on, but for now, without sharing the name of the school, for some privacy reasons, I will share a little. I start teacher training August 16th. Back to school night is August 25th!!! Yikes, I'm very nervous for that one! and School officially starts September 6th.
Did I mention how excited I am?
Here goes the beginning of a long career in teaching I imagine!
