I just sold my BOB Revolution jogging stroller that Geoff purchased for me for my first Mother's Day. I can't believe we actually could afford a $389.00 stroller back then. I just wish that now we could afford the double jogger. Unfortunately with its $560 price tag, even me selling the single jogger at $290, there is no way I will ever be able to afford this AMAZING brand of stroller again. Ok, maybe one day, but that will be when my kids are all grown up, and I don't need a stroller anymore.
Does anyone else get this sentimental about selling baby items? I was sad to sell Paityn's stroller/carseat combo way long ago, and I was just as sad to sell the F.P. cradle swing that both of my babies lived in for the first several months of their lives.
I seriously get way too attached to things. Like, when we ever have to sell our house, even if it is to get something nicer, I will cry...for days. I don't know how people just go from house to house, and enjoy it. Same thing with cars, even if it will be a better, nicer car, I am still sad.
I just hate change. I just hate getting something that has memories, and having to get rid of it.
It just makes me sad.

Ugh, I Feel the same way. You have already gotten rid of baby items though. That is great progress. I haven't had to give away or sale any of my stuff yet. No upgrades! I agree with the house, cars, etc. So sad :(
I feel the same way when I get rid of baby things...
Are you done having kids? I enjoy reading your blog!
I had 3 kids in less than 3 years . . . when they are that close, you use ALL the baby stuff and then we HAD to make room for more! We lived in an apartment for our first 16 years of marriage. So we had no choice. There was no room! Though, I did manage to save clothes for the next baby. We had a small 1 car garage after we finally moved into a 3 bedroom apartment when number 4 arrived on the scene.
But I can relate. There are some things I wish I could have kept. Of course, there are some clothing I kept - Blessing clothes, baptism, etc. I guess for me it was the baby books and photos that made up for having to pass it all on.
And YOU have gorgeous photos. They all look like you have a professional photographer following you around!
