Tonight I decided it was about time to give Paityn a little style to her hair, and get rid of the mullet look!
We, as a family, went to Cookie Cutters hair salon which is geared toward children's haircuts. Paityn was able to pick out a classic car to sit in, and of course, she chose the pink car. We buckled her in, entertained her with bubbles, toys, and a video, and while daddy took pictures, the hair cut was in progress. She did very well, and I think the hair stylist did a wonderful job. I kind of let her choose how to cut it, and we love how it turned out. She doesn't look like our little baby any more. She is now truly a toddler in the making!
Of course, we saved some hairs from her first cut, and we will always have that as a keepsake along with the photos.
I really recommend this place for first time hair cuts. They do such a great job entertaining, and providing the necessities. They even provided the baggy and collected the little clippings that are now saved.
Can you believe the difference from the before and after? I love it!

It is ok to say that, as long as you still think she looks girly. I think she likes it, although I don't think she really cares! I do think she has a lot of geoff in her, with some girliness from the mommy side!
I love that place, what a great way for the kids to get their hair cut. She does look like Geoff but I see some of you in her, and she definitely looks like a little girl. Great haircut..
I don't know your family personally, but I have to say she looks adorable!

You should take a look at Charlotte, we are just about princess/girlied out.
But I have a sneaking suspicion that without her mummie's strong girlie influence, she is quite a little toughie. Certainly knows her own mind. Time will tell.

how adorable and good you found a place that is good with kids. I love the expressions on her face on some of the photos. Yes she definitely looking like a little girl and not a baby anymore
