I am so excited to enter this next season....and today is the official First day of Fall. I wish it would stay cool like it is right now, but the weatherman projected otherwise. Bummer, hopefully we will have more days like this in the near future. I woke up to rain, and very cool weather, and I loved it! I bundled myself and Paityn up, in her winter coat, and took Milo out for a while. It was so nice to actually need to be wearing more than one layer. Am I really a California native? I really love having seasons, and I can't wait for it to get even colder. I also love the fall because all of the leaves change color. We will have to make a trip up the canyon this week. Hooray for Fall, and hooray for Geoff's half birthday which is today as well. That means 6 months from today we will not only be celebrating his birthday, but we will have a little baby boy in our arms, and that is exciting!
The Writer
I enjoy writing, and keeping up to date on the lives of my little kidlets. I am looking for a full-time job but I just don't know what route to take. I am learning to enjoy alone time, but I really miss when Paityn and Beck aren't with me. I have amazing friends, and wonderful family who I could not live without. I still enjoy photography but it has kind of taken a back seat lately. I also have been enjoying my cardio fitness boot camp. It kicks my butt and I'm lovin' it!!
Paityn Joy
She's 4! She is beginning to be much more obedient, and she is just so loveable. She always wants to cuddle. Much different than when she was a baby. She loves her friends, Hello Kitty, Dora, and Strawberry Shortcake. She loves to sing and loves to learn, and she is really enjoying her first year of preschool with Mrs. Luci
Beck Malan
2 years old and talking up a storm. He still loves BALLS. If he is not holding a ball, throwing a ball, kicking a ball, or bouncing a ball, he probably isn't going to be very happy! He has also started a new hobby of tormenting his big sister and her friends, it kinda makes me laugh but it's really not nice!
Milo
Our little pup! Is lonely, and bored most of the time. He puts up with his "siblings", but doesn't enjoy being too close to them. He LOVES to be outside whenever he gets the chance, and still can do tricks, if he gets a treat!

I love the fall as well. We had totally fallish weather here last week and now it is toasty and not projected to change for the next little while...I am bummed.
I know how you feel! I have just bought a scrumptiuos Grey wool cardigan with a shawl coller and I can NOT wait to wear it! Oooo and I have a new pair of Black Leather Boots.. Mmmm..

The weather is changing here in England too. Because we havent had a summer this year it all seems a bit soon. The leaves are turning and some are falling. It is quite chilly in the evenings.
We do still have 4 seasons here, but somehow they seem to melt into one at any time of the year.
You need to take a jacket, umbrella and sunglasses in one day.
Not sure how I would feel about sunshine all the time, but sometimes would be nice. Grey skies can get pretty depressing.
The autumn colors are a lift though.
Enjoy your time outside, it's good that you feel well enough to venture out with little Paityn and Milo.
Imagine how it will be this time next year when you are 4 (plus doggie)
I love the fall, the change of seasons, and the colors of fall. My house is in blue, peach, and rust so fall colors go good. I do not think I could live in a one climate place, like california, but who knows!
I love wearing sweatshirts in fall and winter(they cover up alot of bad areas, ha ha.
I bet the leaves will be really pretty in the mountains soon. Did you have multiple seasons where you grew up? Maybe that's why you like them so much now.
Personally I like the summer, mainly because I love the beach. But then I like winter when it snows so much work and school are closed.
I spent some time today with a co-worker's 13 month old and she was so cute and fun to play with. I was thinking how much fun Paityn must be too.
Yes in 6 short months you will have two little ones - that will be exciting and it'll be here before you know it.
