Want more 4th?

PRICELESS!

Here you go...
For those of you who do not look at my blog every day, (which is probably the majority) I have an obsession with posting soon after things take place. So, be sure to go back several posts and make sure you have seen them all, since they are all worthy of looking at!
I hope you all had a happy 4th celebrating with friends and family. We definitely had a fun, busy day. We started out by going to brunch at a Cafe' at the Cable Airport (a small airport close by). We then hung around my parents house, Paityn went for a swim, and we enjoyed a nice bbq of homemade ribs, corn, watermelon, and much more. Early evening we headed out to the fireworks in LaVerne. We have never gone there before, but a friends band was playing so my mom thought it would be a fun place to go this year. It really was, and the firework show was the best any of us had EVER seen. It was incredible to say the least, and oddly enough the ashes and pieces of the fireworks fell out of the sky onto us during the show. The field was a mess after! Paityn LOVED watching them, and just constantly kept her eyes on the sky! It was so fun to see her experience this for the first time.
I ran into 2 of my best friends from growing up, Danielle Mosely (Hall), and Kim Kessler(Donaldson). Danielle's dad is the lead singer of the band that performed, "The Answer". However, I didn't think she would be there since she lives in Utah. This is the first time I have seen her since having Paityn and we live like 10 miles apart! I really should be better about getting together with my friends. I also hadn't seen Kim since having Paityn, and since she had her little girl Brielle. She has two adorable little girls. I am glad my mom spotted them walking by. Little did I know, as I was taking a photo of Geoff, she was in the background with her girls. I later realized this while looking through the pics, but would have never known if my mom hadn't seen her there!
After the fireworks we came back to my parents house, ate our GIANT costco 4th of July cupcakes, and watched some t.v. before heading off to bed. Today we are busy with fun activites which I will post about later.

I wish we had July 4 here. We used to go to the base picnic at a USAF base near here, but all the Americans have pulled out. It was such fun.
And speaking of fun you are obviously having lots.
And the pictures are great.
love them all but the one of the three of you is really nice, I guess most of them dont have you all in them as one of you is taking it.
We havent had a firework occasion here to see what Charlotte thinks....intersting.
Oh and look at your blog most days.
Keep em coming.

Seems like every time I look away more pictures appear.....they are so good.
I dont get a lot of interest in my blog. Hope you dont mind me just saying Joy that all are welcome. I need a bit of encouragement to put some of my pictures on there too. Although I did redo the slide show.
Oh and I love paityns red dress, it really suits her.

The picture of Geoff and Paityn is a remarkable picture that deserves a special place to show it off. The pic just talks to you and is an awesome job of photography.

great photos, I like the one of just Paityn and her toy and the one of her and Geoff watching the fireworks. Was she scared at all of the noise? I know when my cousin was little about 4 years old, she was really scared and buried her face and we had to cover her ears.

I went to the beach to visit relatives, went to the pool one day with my cousin and her 4 month old. My Aunt's little dog didn't know what to make of the baby kept starting at her and sniffing her and was scared of her at first. It was funny, the little dog had the strangest look when the baby was crying

The other days weren't really beach weather but was able to see some of my relatives which was nice. Watched the fireworks on tv though.

I'm heading to California for a week on vacation starting Tuesday, not sure what the internet situation will be down there but hopefully I'll be able to get on - luckily it's in the LA area so hopefully no fires down there.

I loved her little red/white/blue dress too - adorable
