My Valentine

I thought that since this is Paityn's first Valentines day I would do something fun with her every day this week . Today we did painting, and she made handprints by dipping her hand in the paint. It was a task, and kind of crazy on my part to try and do it even, but it turned out pretty well, and it was a lot of fun. I think it will be a memory we will always remember!!

I only took a picture of the finished product, I didn't dare leave the paint on her hand long enough to snap a photo while in the midst of the project!!!

That is so adorable, and I remember how hard it is to get them to put their hands on the right way. In the years to come your will treasure this Memory. It could have been interesting to leave her hands on it a little longer Ha! Maybe a little messy, but fun. Have a great valentine.

That is such a cute valentine. Where was that at our card-making party? Paityn totally could have participated.

I can't wait to see her on Saturday!!!!

How adorable! I have little handprints from Connor's first Christmas and some other ones from another activity we did his first fall. I LOVE LOVE LOVE looking at how teeny tiny they are and just remembering him like that. How sweet!

Joy, I think it is great that you are doing things with Paityn when she is so young (especially the books!) even though a lot of people would think she's too young to be so involved in these activities. It just goes to show what a wonderful Mother you are!

Hugs and Kisses,
Mom
