Today we as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, as well as many others around the world, will be remembering our sweet President Gordon B. Hinckley as his funeral takes place.
I am so grateful for him and his example. I am especially grateful that I, along with my husband and baby girl were able to be in his presence this past October for our Stake Conference at the Conference center. We were almost close enough we could touch...ok, not really, but pretty close.
As I heard of his passing, it brought tears to my eyes, but the fact that I have faith that we will all see him again one day is what comforts me.
We will always be inspired by his teachings, and reflect upon his memory....

I love that photo of him. I don't remember ever seeing him without a smile on his face.
