Witches Night Out

Every year Gardner Village, in West Jordan, has an event the weekend that starts the deer hunt. Well, this was the weekend...and the event is called "Witches Night Out". It was made so that the wives of the hunters would have something to do when their husbands left town...of course, not all wives have hunters as husbands. It is now more just a way to get out and enjoy a night with tons of women who all dress up as witches and go shopping. If you don't dress as a witch you will definately feel out of place, and some women go ALL out!! I love the night because this is one of my favorite places to go shopping, mainly for home decor, and holiday decorations, and especially now with a baby girl because they have a fun store Else Bella, which is a baby botique. All of the stores have huge deals and you can even "CACKLE FOR A COUPON" and get extra specials from some of the stores. Last year I had fun buying stuff for the home, but this year it was all about Paityn. I bought her the most adorable pink tutu and a few hair bows. So, of course I didn't go alone, I invited my mother-in-law Lyn to join me and we had a fun night, first getting dressed up, and then fighting the HUGE crowds of women, and a few straggling men that probably didn't realize they shouldn't have gone!
So...if you want to go next year let me know because I love it, and it seems Lyn doesn't like to fight the crowds!!
